"Do you want the materials inside?" Gutier knew full well that his secret chamber was stocked with plenty of treasures.

"How about this? You refine another vial of this Natural Whisper for me, and you can pick whatever you want from inside. How does that sound?"

"Forget it then!" Shus looked at Gutier, speechless. He finally realized that if he wanted to obtain materials from Gutier in the future, it would likely be impossible without refining potions for him.

After exchanging a few more words, Shus left Gutier’s shop and returned to his villa with the energy crystal he had been longing for.

"Chip! Find the most suitable method to absorb this energy crystal!" Once inside his villa, Shus impatiently ordered the chip to analyze and simulate a plan.

"Beep! Task established. Scanning host’s physical data and analyzing simulation schemes!"

The chip began its calculations rapidly, continuously scouring the stored database.

"Beep! An Energy Conversion Wizard Array can maximize the effects of the energy crystal!"

The chip quickly provided the most optimal plan for Shus.

"An Energy Conversion Wizard Array? That’s not difficult." Hearing the chip's response, Shus immediately began his preparations.

Soon, an Energy Conversion Wizard Array appeared in Shus’s laboratory. At the very center of the array sat the energy crystal he had acquired that day.

"Let’s begin!" Seeing that everything was ready, Shus sat in the center of the array.

"Activate!" As Shus spoke, the array on the floor emitted a burst of blue light.

The energy crystal in the center slowly transitioned from a solid to a semi-solid state, eventually forming a mass of blue liquid that hovered above the array.

Faint electric arcs leaked from the surface of the liquid. As time passed, the liquid in the air grew larger, forming a blue thundercloud that floated above Shus's head.

"Crackle!" A weak bolt of lightning struck Shus from the cloud, causing the thundercloud to shrink in size.

Shus felt a surge of energy accompanied by a slight stinging sensation entering his body.

After the first bolt, seven more followed in rapid succession, entering his body until the thundercloud in the air vanished completely.

"Beep! Large amounts of pure elemental energy detected in the host. Identified as a Lightning Element energy crystal. Absorption in progress."

"Beep! Absorption efficiency increased due to the Energy Conversion Wizard Array!"

Shus could feel that he had become more sensitive to the surrounding lightning elemental energy particles—a truly marvelous sensation.

"Beep! Absorption complete!"

"Beep! Host’s spiritual elementalization progress significantly advanced. Lightning element: 28%!"

"It jumped up by so much!" Shus couldn't help but smile at the chip's prompt. His spiritual force elementalization finally had a good start.

"Beep! Energy reaction detected in the host's bloodline. It is recommended that the host enter meditation immediately!"

"Hmm?" Without a second thought, Shus followed the chip's instruction, sat back down, and prepared to enter a state of meditation.

"Beep! Host’s spiritual force is increasing significantly!"

"The first layer of the meditation technique is finished?" Shus rubbed his throbbing temples, knowing this was due to the rapid growth of his spiritual force.

"It finished so many days ahead of schedule!" The chip’s original estimate was one month; Shus hadn't expected the first layer to be completed immediately after absorbing the energy crystal.

"Not bad, it increased by so much!" Shus was very satisfied as he looked at his skyrocketing spiritual force.

"Yarkley..." Kairu muttered the unfamiliar name. He was already beginning to believe Keith.

The Public Center possessed a high-level enchanted item used in conjunction with divination magic, which was why the wizard organizations entrusted the collection of candidate data to them.

"Of course, whether the Silver Rose is willing to let him participate in the assessment is entirely up to you!" Keith didn't want to get involved; he was merely a messenger.

"I will consider it. However, if your suspicions are correct, it means there is a teleportation array in the Ghost River Valley!" Kairu stared intensely at Keith as he spoke.

"Yes, we have already sent people to the Ghost River Valley to investigate. I believe we will have results soon!" Keith didn't hide anything; he knew that with Kairu's status, such matters could not be kept from him.
