Chapter 111: Testing My Stamina – A Bonus Chapter for Those Who Gifted Tourmaline and Diamonds
As I climbed the stairs, I wrapped my arms tightly around his neck and whispered his name in his ear. His body went rigid, his face flushed a deep red, and beads of sweat began to prickle on his forehead.
When I teased him again, he let out a muffled groan and nipped at my earlobe. "You little temptress, do you want to see if I’ll take you right here and now?"
I giggled, mimicking his actions by biting his earlobe, letting out soft, unconscious whimpers before jumping down and darting into the bedroom.
In the next second, he had me pinned against the wall.
His kiss was as domineering and intense as ever. His transformation into a vampire made my whole body tremble, and his arms, acting like iron bars, caged me in, leaving no room for escape.
Unable to undo my dress, he simply tore at it, leaving the garment in tatters. He hoisted my legs up to wrap around his lean, powerful waist and buried his face in my collarbone, biting down.
Passion always arrived with such sudden ferocity. His techniques were masterful; from behind the door to the sofa, the balcony, and finally the bathroom, he still wouldn't let up when we returned to the bed, indulging in one more wild round.
In the haze of pleasure, I heard him calling out over and over, "Wuyou, Wuyou, I love you, I love you..."
Afterward, Luo Ange propped his head up with one hand while using the other to twist my hair around his fingers. He gave a wicked smile and nipped my chin.
I was too exhausted to move, so he good-naturedly pulled me up to help me dress.
Seeing the marks all over my body, he looked as if he were admiring a hard-won trophy. He slowed his movements, his fingertips tracing the skin of my collarbone.
I leaned lazily against his shoulder, stroking the prominent scar on his chest, and leaned in to kiss it lightly.
I hadn't meant to provoke him; I had merely remembered the moment I had stabbed him, and a lingering fear washed over me.
He, however, mistook it for an intentional seduction. Like a starving tiger, he pinned me beneath him, his lips—capable of igniting a fire in an instant—wreaking havoc near my ear as he murmured, "Little temptress, are you testing my stamina?"
We were already bare against one another. Sensing the obvious change in him, I swallowed hard in fear.
The human body is truly miraculous; it is incredible how harmoniously men and women can fit together in intimacy.
He caught my reaction, and his previously gentle movements suddenly turned rough, as if he were no longer treating me like a person.
Yet, at the height of our passion, he produced a condom, which caught me off guard. I just looked at him and smiled.
Covered in sweat, he smiled back, his tone commanding: "Never take those damn morning-after pills ever again."
I suddenly felt that this man was truly wonderful.
That evening, Luo Ange took me to dinner at Guan Shanyuan’s house. Guan Shanyuan came out wearing an apron, looking every bit the domestic, doting man as he smiled at me.
I smiled back and asked if he needed help. He nodded. "We have guests today, so I could use a hand. Do you know how to make osmanthus buns and shrimp dumplings?"
Seeing me nod, he let out a sigh of relief. "Then I’ll leave it to you. Xibao is still napping; she’s been asking for you all day."
A wave of sorrow washed over me. I understood what he meant, so I nodded. "Don't worry, Brother, I will take good care of her."
After working in the kitchen for a while, I heard Luo Ange’s hearty laughter from the courtyard. I had never seen him look so happy, especially lately, as he had spent most of his time looking troubled.
When the buns and dumplings were ready, a refined, middle-aged man and a beautiful, elegant woman walked in. He came to the kitchen door and asked with a smile, "It smells wonderful. What did you make?"
I paused, instinctively looking toward Guan Shanyuan.
He gestured toward them. "These are my parents. Technically, you should call them..."
I blurted out, "Hello, Uncle. Hello, Aunt."
The woman smiled slightly. "So, you’re Ange’s little girlfriend. Hmm, quite pretty. Prettier than any of his past girlfriends."
Guan Shanyuan laughed. "Mother, put that act away. Ange never had a girlfriend before. Really, Auntie."
She tapped the forehead of the city’s top official with a finger, feigning annoyance. "You brat, is that how you talk to your mother? Even your father, Guan Erfeng, wouldn’t dare speak to me like that."
Guan Shanyuan retreated step by step as if he had seen a ghost. In the next second, the woman he called 'Mother' walked up, draped her arms around his neck, and cooed, "Big Brother, I haven't seen you in days. Did you miss me?"
Guan Shanyuan shouted for his father to save him. Guan Erfeng gave me a look, signaling me to come out. At the door, he laughed, "This family has no sense of decorum, don't mind them."
How could I mind? Heaven knows I envied this scene, as my father used to tease Yi Huayang just like that, calling her 'sister.'
Bai Xue came downstairs and gave me a stunning smile. Other women might look haggard during pregnancy, but she was radiant.
She was very polite to Guan Erfeng, bowing slightly. "How has Father been feeling lately?"
Guan Erfeng looked at her and nodded. "I'm doing very well. Don't you worry about me. Just take good care of the pregnancy, and tell Father if you need anything."
Bai Xue nodded and headed toward the kitchen, where we soon heard Mrs. Guan’s exaggerated squeals: "Sister Bai Xue, I’ve missed you so much! Come, let me kiss you."
It was the same when she saw Xibao, calling her 'Little Sister Xibao' over and over, making the girl beam with joy.
It was a delightful lunch. Guan Shanyuan kept talking about their childhood, telling stories about how the brothers had broken their grandfather’s snuff bottle. The old man was incredibly strict and would be terrifying when angry. They had all huddled together, trying to figure out how to avoid being caught.
At this, Luo Ange was already laughing uncontrollably, his arm draped over my shoulder like a child.
Guan Erfeng darkened his expression. "Don't even get me started. Those little brats shoved the broken pieces into my pocket and then ran off to tell the old man his snuff bottle was missing. He gathered everyone in the house to ask who had taken it. I was still clueless, and suddenly, Ange pointed at me and said, 'Grandfather, I saw it! Uncle took it, it’s in his pocket!' I reached in, and sure enough, it was the snuff bottle, but it was shattered."
After dinner, Guan Erfeng took Guan Shanyuan and Luo Ange to the study. Mrs. Guan wanted Xibao and me to play games with her. Even Bai Xue, despite her baby bump, was drawn in, and the atmosphere became quite lively.
Mrs. Guan played the game better than I did. Bai Xue was routed and fled, shouting, "Mom, you're cheating! You're cheating! Ouch, don't hit me! Lanshan, help!"
But Mrs. Guan was simply too good. Even with Bai Xue, Xibao, and me teaming up against her, we were still soundly defeated, crying out for mercy.
It was a best-of-three, but we didn't even get a taste of victory; we lost all five rounds.
Guan Erfeng came downstairs, pulling his wife up with doting affection. He smoothed her hair and asked indignantly, "Are you not ashamed, bullying three people by yourself?"
Mrs. Guan nuzzled against him, pouting playfully. "Who told you not to keep me company?"
Guan Erfeng laughed helplessly. "I tried to keep you company, but you complained that I was hovering and tried to chase me away."
"Oh, I was just teasing you! I didn't think you'd take it seriously."
Bai Xue seemed used to this, continuing her game, but I was so shocked my jaw nearly hit the floor.
Mrs. Guan set the game aside and clapped her hands. "I'm tired. Let's go home."
Guan Erfeng nodded, winked at me, and walked off with his wife in his arms.
After playing for a while longer, Luo Ange took Xibao and me home. He said he had a video conference and stayed in the study for a long time, so I took Xibao to play by the moat.
A few days ago, we had discovered a patch of large, ripe raspberries in a secluded thicket, and now was the perfect time to pick them.
Golden raspberries appeared before me, and I picked a whole basketful. I received a call from Luo Ange asking where I had gone.
When I told him I was out picking raspberries, he sighed in relief. "Stay right there. I'm coming to get you."
"We can go back ourselves; it's not far."
He was overbearing. "I miss you. Wait for me."
I sat under a large tree with Xibao, and soon, Luo Ange’s car pulled up before us.
Once in the car, he seemed a bit displeased. "Don't go out alone in the future. Didn't I tell A-Yun to follow you?"
Xibao giggled. "Is Brother afraid a bad guy will eat Sister-in-law?"
Luo Ange looked grave. "You two, behave yourselves. If you sneak out again, you're grounded."
Xibao and I stuck out our tongues, both thinking the same thing: he was just a paper tiger—could he really eat us?
After we got back, I suggested going to the supermarket. Luo Ange, who was looking at some documents, didn't even look up. "Let Fourth Sister-in-law accompany you... we've run out of condoms at home, buy a dozen."
My face flushed. "Can you be a bit more subtle?"
He signaled for A-Yun to take Xibao out first. When we were finally alone in the living room, he looked at me, pulled me onto his lap, and rested his chin on my forehead. "Wuyou, Brother had to wait until he was thirty-five to be with Bai Xue. Do you know what kind of sacrifices they made for that result? I'm almost thirty. You have your whole life ahead of you, but I am getting old."
I didn't know the full story of Guan Shanyuan and Bai Xue, but hearing Luo Ange say this stirred deep emotions in me. I hugged him. "Okay. When I graduate, let's have children, shall we?"
He gave a wicked smirk. "Good. Tonight, I'll serve you with my mouth."
I slapped him. "Save your mouth to serve Lei Zhiyi."
He cupped my face. "Little thing, let me wash your mouth out."
I left with swollen lips, cursing that bastard a thousand times in the car. I decided I should try to stay away from him in the future, otherwise, he would devour me until there wasn't a bone left.
At the supermarket, I pushed Xibao, while Fourth Sister-in-law pushed the cart beside me and A-Yun followed behind. In crowded areas, he would step forward to help us, but I felt awkward and asked him to wait in the car.
He shook his head vehemently. "I can't. The Young Master ordered me to stay by your and the young lady's side at all times."
I said helplessly, "Having you follow me like this makes me feel so pressured."
He finally smiled. "Just treat me like air, Miss."
But he was a person of such presence—how could I treat him like air?
Fourth Sister-in-law laughed and comforted me. "The Young Master is just worried about you. I’ve been by his side for years, and I’ve never seen him so anxious about anyone."
Xibao added, "Sister-in-law, Brother really likes you. I've never seen him treat anyone so well."
When it came time to pay, I didn't hesitate to pull out Luo Ange’s card. We were so intimate now that using his money felt only natural.
As it turned out, Luo Ange was even fiercer in bed than I had imagined. From the moment we finished our showers, he didn't stop, seemingly determined to press me into every corner of the bedroom.
I cried out that it hurt many times, but he ignored me, becoming even more forceful, as if he were truly angry.
